Is the application fee refundable?
No. The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of admission outcome. It covers processing, screening, and the interview slot.
When are fees due?
Fees are payable per semester. The application fee is due on submission. The acceptance fee is due within 14 days of receiving your admission letter. Tuition for each semester is due before the start of that semester — exact deadlines are published on the academic calendar.
Are there scholarships or payment plans?
Yes — Caleb University offers a limited number of pioneer-cohort scholarships covering up to 50% of tuition for outstanding candidates. We also accept **per-semester instalment plans** (typically 2 instalments per semester) for tuition. Contact the admissions office for details.
