What we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly (name, email, phone, application details), academic information generated as you progress through programmes, and technical information from your use of our online platform.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver education services, manage your enrolment and assessment, send relevant announcements, and meet our regulatory obligations to the National Universities Commission and other accrediting bodies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: NUC and other accreditation bodies as required; payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave) to handle tuition; and service providers under strict contractual obligations to protect your data.
Your rights
Under the NDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email dpo@caleb.university.
