- Support clinical care. Deliver competent, patient-centred support across allied health settings within their scope of practice.
- Apply the health sciences. Apply anatomy, physiology, and pathology to assessment and care decisions.
- Use health information. Record, manage, and interpret patient data accurately and confidentially.
- Promote public health. Design and deliver health-promotion and disease-prevention activities for diverse communities.
- Work within healthcare teams. Coordinate effectively with clinicians and other allied professionals in multidisciplinary care.
- Practise safely and ethically. Apply infection control, patient safety, and professional ethical standards in every setting.

Supervised practical sessions and competency assessments confirm readiness for allied-health settings.
External examiners
In line with NUC requirements, qualified academics from other universities moderate examinations and assess final-year projects.
